Q: How long has Kempton Asset Management been in the market?
A: The company was established in 2013 in the United Kingdom, however, the partners have more than 12 years of experience advising clients on opening and managing their investment accounts.
Q: How many clients does Kempton Asset Management serve?
A: Since 2013, we have managed to build a base of more than a thousand clients throughout Mexico and Latin America. We currently have clients in more than 6 countries and are soon to open our offices in Costa Rica.
Q: Where are the offices of Kempton Asset Management?
A: We have offices in two cities: Mexico City and Monterrey. The first is located at Paseo de La Reforma #300, 7th floor, Colonia Juárez, CDMX. The second is at Av. Fundadores #925, Valle Del Mirador, Monterrey N.L.
Q: What can Kempton Asset Management do for me?
A: We mainly do two things. First, we serve as a connection point between the client and the world's most important banks. We provide advice so that the client can open an investment account abroad. Second, we advise the client to build a portfolio aligned with their objectives; retirement savings, savings for children's school, general investment, among others. It's important to note that we are NOT a financial institution, so we will NEVER have access to our clients' accounts and funds. The financial relationship is between the clients and the banks, we only advise and support the processes.
Q: Is it safe to invest abroad?
A: For us, the most important thing is the safety of our clients' assets, in fact, it's the basis of our work. Yes, it is completely safe, and to ensure this, we only work with the most internationally recognized institutions. On the other hand, we always recommend investment destinations with a very high degree of governmental protection against any potential incidents.
Q: How are funds sent abroad?
A: Remember, security is priority number one. Funds can only be sent from a Mexican bank account in the client's name, to an investment account abroad in the same client's name. Remember, the account holder is always the client and only they have access to it. For monthly savings plans, funds can be domiciled to a Mexican credit card in the holder's name.
Q: In what currencies can you invest?
A: We always recommend having funds in any major or strong currency: US dollars, euros, pounds, yen, or Swiss francs. The final decision is always up to the client.
Q: Do you have advisors to serve people in different languages?
A: Yes, we have a staff of more than 20 advisors who speak 6 different languages: Spanish, English, French, German, Portuguese, and Dutch.
